Burkeley N. Riggs

My desire to help small and medium-sized businesses comes from the legacy my grandfather left after he successfully built and sold two small businesses in Denver, Colorado during the 1950’s.  For the past 18 years, I have been advising clients regarding commercial litigation and transactions in 14 states and Puerto Rico.   From my experience in working for large downtown Denver law firms for many years, I’ve learned that effective legal representation comes from not just legal expertise, but also from the lawyer’s ability to understand and appreciate the client’s goals.  Now, as a small business owner myself, I am in a better position to best help my clients achieve their goals.
